Welcome to Play Plus Marketing! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain how we work together. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide email marketing and Facebook advertising services designed to help grow your business online. We’ll work closely with you to understand your goals and deliver campaigns that fit your needs.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts, and all content/materials needed.
You are responsible for compliance with any laws regarding your products/services.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel services with 14 days' written notice.
Because of the nature of our work, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
Any work in progress at cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all sensitive information confidential. Likewise, you agree not to disclose our proprietary methods or materials.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all your original content.

We retain ownership of any marketing materials, templates, or tools we create unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

We strive for excellent results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of significant changes before they take effect.
